The final stage of paper document handling is destruction. Documentation destruction services are offered both to Customers who store their original paper documents at our facility and those who have their own archives, however want to have their paper resources disposed of in a professional manner. On expiry of their storage period, documents are destroyed in conformity with all confidentiality procedures in place, according to security class 3 under the DIN 32757 standard.
In terms of document storage, we offer the following:
* professional transport of documents from the Customer's headquarters,
* securing documents with special seals during the transport and prior to destruction,
* video-recording of the document destruction process,
* transfer of waste resulting from document destruction to a paper processing plant where it is disposed of in a closed recycling process,
* preparation of documents for the destruction process,
* issue of Destruction Certificate on completion of the process.
